RV Membrane Warranty Registration Form

Warranty is nontransferable, and only applies to the original buyer of the membrane.

Warranty registration must be done within 30 days of receiving the membrane for warranty coverage to be applied.

Warranty covers only total roof replacement of membrane, warranty does not cover splicing, repairs, or partial replacement of roofing.

Warrant covers usage on an RV only.

Warranty does not cover labor, shipping costs, damage or loss to any other component or part of the RV.

Warranty covers membrane only. Warranty does not cover adhesive, putty tapes, or caulking.

Warranty does not cover damage from impacts, storm damage, trees, animals, foot traffic, ponding of water on the roof, or any debris/objects that sat on top of the roof.

Warranty does not cover areas from termination points such as end caps, side rails, roof vents and AC holes, vent caps, or any other ducting through the roof membrane.

Class A Customs adhesive is for bonding Class A Customs membranes to OSB, and plywood only. Warranty coverage is void if membrane is applied to any other surface.

Self-leveling caulk is a wearable component that must be inspected and refreshed/replaced as it ages and is not a warranty covered item.

Inspect of caulk and sealants every 90 days. Reseal calking at least twice per year. All sealants are exposed to weather elements like UV rays, rain, snow, cold, heat, air pollution, frost, and other exposures that cause dry-out, shrinkage, and possible cracking. That’s why self-leveling sealant must be examined every 90 days. Check for looseness, cracking, and separation from any surface. Any defects such as these must be repaired to avoid water damage.

Roof must be cleaned at least twice per year, Spring and Fall is preferred. Document of the cleaning, inspection, and resealing of the roof must be provided by a certified, licensed RV repair facility for warranty to be valid.

Documentation of invoice and receipt from certified, licensed RV repair facility showing the owner name, owner address, unit VIN, unit year, unit make, unit model, unit length, date of installation, date of payment, and payment method must be submitted on the Contact Us Form.

Class A Customs, LLC Manufacturer Warranty covers manufacturer defect on manufacturer installed fittings and tank workmanship. 

Inspect tank and all fittings before beginning installation, there is a 14 (fourteen) day time period to report any damages once you items are received. 

Warranty is null and void on any tank with a sealed connection to a pressurized line.

Warranty is null and void on any tank that is not properly vented.

All Class A Customs water tanks must be gravity fed and vented as stated in installation instructions.

Warranty does not cover tank or fitting damage resulting from tank or fittings plumbing being jarred, moved, cracked, cross-threaded, damaged threads from use, and/or fitting punched from tank. Such damage is due to plumbing being moved and/or tank being jarred causing unavoidable damage beyond manufacturer control or responsibility.

Warranty does not cover cross-thread damage, fittings are injection molded not carved, so threads can not be cross-threaded from manufacturing, cross-threading only occurs from incorrect use of fitting.

Warranty does not cover tank or fitting damage due to customer improperly venting tank. Warranty does not cover damage to tank from weight being on tank or tank being compressed by outside forces, example, tank being buried underground causing collapse; tank being compressed under boat. 

Warranty does not cover damage to tank or fittings due to weather related incidents, example, tank freezing or being in excess heat/sun expose.

Using Class A Customs, LLC Fresh/Gray Water Holding Tank for any purpose other than fresh or gray water storage will void any/all warranty. 

Using Class A Customs, LLC Black/Gray Waste Water Holding Tank for any purpose other than black (human waste) or gray water storage will void any/all warranty. 

Using any Class A Customs, LLC water tanks for fuel, chemical or other storage voids warranty.



EZ-8RV Fuel Pumps

Pumps are manufactured in current year.

All Fuel pumps are non-returnable

Owner's responsibilities:
1. The warranty period shall begin on the date of the original purchase of the RV. This warranty is transferable but does not extend the original warranty period of 2 years.
2. Replacement pump will be subject to and covered by GPl's standard warranty but does not extend beyond the original warranty period of 2 years.
3. The owner must establish these dates by presenting legible papers at the time the warranty claim is made showing the purchase or installation date.
4. Locate Owner's Manual and have available.


30 Day Return Policy
Some items are non-returnable and include but not limited to:
All Electrical Items
All Fuel Pumps
All Water Pumps

All items that show any signs of modification, use, attempted use will have a 100% restock fee.

Customer must return all merchandise in new, unused condition, with no damages, dirt, debris, installation, etc.
Customer must return item with the original packaging / boxes.
Modifying an item voids the option to return the item and voids any and all warranties.

To return item customer will need to pay return shipping. 
Packages refused or return to sender are are not guaranteed a refund, cost of shipping both to you and returned will be deducted from any refund given along with the restock fee.
Original Shipping is non-refundable, 20% Restock fee will be charged for all orders.

Include a copy of original purchase receipt and write order number on each box
Save the tracking numbers for your records, we are unable to search for a package online without tracking numbers.
When you have shipped the item(s) provide the Return Tracking Numbers on the RMA Form.


Return Process
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to return the correct item. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Opening a Return
1. Login to your account on www.classAcustoms.com in the 'My Account' section.
2. In the "Track Your Recent Orders" section, click on the "View Details" link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
3. Once in the order, you will click on the "Add New RMA" button.
4. Choose the number of items you are wanting to return in the "Order Items" section.
5. In the "Order Return Options" section, choose the Reason and Method for the return.
6. You can add comments in the "Comments" section. This is optional and the comments will be visible to Customer Service.
7. Click "Save RMA" and an email will be sent to the email on file with your order, this will include the 30 Day Return Policy and information on how to return your items.
