Features & Specifications Alpha Systems 1021 Self Leveling Sealant
1021 HIGH SOLIDS SEALANT is a one part all weather self-leveling sealant designed and formulated to provide excellent weather resistance.
It features high solids, low V.O.C. content, and no hazardous air pollutants (HAP).
This compound provides good adhesion to a variety of substrates.
This product has good low temperature resistance and will not crack at -40oF.
Typically used in RV applications where a long-term weather tight seal with good ozone and UV resistance are required.
Cured sealant is paintable.
Surfaces should be free of dirt, oil, or other contaminants. A solvent cleaned surface is optimum.

COVERAGE 380 lineal ft/gal
MINIMUM APPLICATION TEMP 60°F

Why is the roof wrinkled around all the vents and skylights?
The solvents in the 1021 self-leveling sealant temporarily swell the roofing membrane. In the warmer months it takes 3-5 days to go away & 5-9 in the colder months.
